We serve nothing but the best of everything…that means, locally sourced meats, fruits, vegetables, sustainable traceable fish, and a relevant selection of beverages. Dubbed a French Izakaya (a Japanese word for blending food and drink). The seasonal menu is meticulously handcrafted by our Chefs…inventive yet classical. Our approach is not only to entertain but to shift the culinary paradigm to one of active awareness for the environment, endangered species, and invite participation with you…to do what’s right.
