Event Description: You are invited to join Chef Rob Ruiz, local sustainable seafood champion and celebrated chef and personality Rick Moonen on a privately guided tour (starting at 8:30am) of Tuna Dockside Harbor Market complete with sustainability talks, tastings, and signed copy of Rick Moonen’s book. The package also includes VIP tickets to the Lexus Grand Tasting of the San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival with personal escort into the event, bypassing the lines. Once inside, guests will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. for a chef’s table experience by Rob Ruiz, with freshly prepared sushi and sashimi from fish procured during that mornings harbor tour.
