BOUNTY OF THE BAJA ~ GUEST CHEF SERIES IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE BUTCHERS GUILD AND CHEFSROLL

Like last year, Deckman’s invites culinary friends from near and far to come and burn firewood with us on Rancho Mogor and collaborate in an intimate meal featuring the finest sustainable ingredients the Baja has to offer.
The “Workshop” begins at 7 pm with a Kumiai Oyster cocktail and then at 8pm we share a table to celebrate our Valley and the abundance in it. Each Chef does at least one plate paired with Guadalupe Valley Wines, Craft Beers and Distillates.

The meal is (at least) 6 courses with 5 paired beverages.
The 100 usd (plus tax and gratuity) fee includes the hour cocktail, dinner and all beverages. Seats are very limited so we recommend reserving as early as you can if you really wish to attend.
