Berry Puff:  Cherry compote, fresh Carlsbad strawberries, whipped cream, powder sugar

Butter Butter Salad: Butter leaf lettuce, Hass avocado, prosciutto chip, 6 minute egg, parrmesan crisp, creamy buttermilk dressing

Second Course
Choice of:

Duck Benedict: Poached egg, hollandaise, confit duck tossed in a sherry glaze, English muffin, sliced tomato, caramelized onion, spinach

Bacon and Egg: Confit bacon, shallot jam, tomato marmalade, potato hash, cippolini onion, arugula emulsion, sunny side up egg

Remy’s Vegetable Pot Pie: Roasted seasonal vegetables, oyster mushrooms, cauliflower puree, pie crust crisps pea tendrils

Third Course

Cup Cake: Strawberry and cream, vanilla cake, strawberry filling, white chocolate with ganache icing
